Primary Wave Music has announced a partnership with Mary J. Blige covering her catalog, compositions and recordings, including "Family Affair," "My Life" and "Be Happy." Financial terms were not disclosed.
Beyond the catalog, Blige and her team gain access to Primary Wave's marketing and publishing operation, with possible work on new music, branding, digital and sync opportunities.
Primary Wave chief content officer Natalia Nastaskin called it an honor "to partner with the Queen herself on her extraordinary catalog."
Blige's Las Vegas residency, My Life, My Story, opened at Dolby Live at Park MGM in May and has been extended through February 2027.
